Dark Sky Week: Grand Canyon South Rim

Alright, listen up stargazers! We're throwing a party under the twinkly sky and you're invited! We'll kick off the festivities at our campground near Grand Canyon National Park (South Rim) because what better place to appreciate the vast expanse of the universe than a giant hole in the ground? We'll start with a tailgate bash to celebrate the darkness. Not the kind of darkness that scares you, but the kind that lets you see the stars!

We've got a bunch of fun stuff planned. Geek out with us about the parks and how you can help keep those skies dark and dreamy. And of course, we'll snap some pics of the sunset, blue hour, and of course, the Milky Way (aka the real MVP). So whether you're a starry-eyed newbie or a seasoned pro, come join us as we unite as a community of night photographers. Let's see what our dark skies have in store for us!
